Electric Hoist can be divided into 2 types below
1. Electric Wire Rope Hoist
2. Electric Chain Hoist
1. Moving with 2-way directions: lifting and lowering. It can be installed permanently at one point and not be able to move to other points. We mostly use as a freight elevator, passenger transportation, or lift the workpiece up or down in the desired position.
2. Moving with 4-way directions: lifting, lowering and moving to the left or right. It will be installed with the I-beam rail so that it can be moved for 4 direcrtions.
3. Moving with 6-way directions: lifting, lowering, moving to the left or right, and moving forward and backward. It will be installed with the crane drive or end carriages. The crane drive unit must be specially made to order according to the structure of each factory has different usable area, width, and length. The production of crane drives can be made according to customer's requirements. There may be added functionality to make it more convenient such as pendant or cabin to increase visibilites. Therefore, making a crane drive unit requires a company with particular expertise to design, manufacture, and install by selecting the appropriate size of electric hoist for the significant job. Many more factors must be taken into account for safety reasons such as safe working load, lifting height, span, column length, characteristics of use, and etc. Moreover, it is important to verify that the manufacturing company hires another subcontractor or not, or there is any after-sales services to support maintenance in the future.

A.T.CRANE factory is located near Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, fully equipped by CNC Plasma Cutter for diaphragm plates, Girder Floor Fabrication System for deflection design as L/1000, Band Saw for square bar cutting as 45 degree, loads for testing, and etc. This makes us easily control the quality in every single step of the manufacturing process to meet the specified standards and needs of customers.
Load Test & Maintenance
After-sales services and maintenances are ones of the most important services which we must take care of customers in a timely manner. We are always get ready to support customer's production line to work continuously. Here below are certifications from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
1. Machine Testing Service Provider: Certification no. 0601-03-2566-0214
2. Crane Testing Service Provider: Certification no. 0602-03-2566-0216
3. Boiler Testing Service Provider: Certification no. 0603-03-2566-0143
We can provide a professional services following:
1. Yearly preventive maintenance with report of 50 check-list.
2. Crane inspection, load testing and issue a legal document (Por Jor 1)
- Crane cap. 1-3 Tons, needs once a year (1 time of inspection / 12 months)
- Crane cap. 3-50 Tons, needs twice a year (1 time of inspection / 6 months)
- Crane cap. 50 Tons and above needs 4 times a year (1 time of inspection / 3 months)
3. Load Testing can be provide as 100%, 110%* and/or 125%* (* conditions apply)
4. Maintenance work in case of hoist, crane, or accessories are being out of order.
5. Uninstallation and relocation of crane
6. Efficiency improvement or adding the length of the runway
7. Crane operation training including crane signal operator, crane operator, and etc.
